National League Preliminary Round Report

The Preliminary Round of the National Outdoor League took place in Morton Stadium, Santry, Dublin on Sunday June 25th.

We had East Cork Division Women’s and Men’s Teams competing in the county team categories. These turned out to be very strong categories but both teams did exceptionally well finishing in 5th place and have qualified for the National League Final which takes place in Tullamore on August 13th.

There were some magnificent individual performances but it was the combined team efforts that stood out the most. We had athletes from 6 clubs in the Division competing with everyone encouraging each other on.
